After several weeks of intensive evaluation, the Artisan Sale Committee regrets to announce we will not hold an online Artisan Sale in November. Our due diligence informed us we simply did not have the time nor the volunteer bandwidth to hit our projected November sales date and put on a quality event. (As you know, the in-person event had already been cancelled due to Covid-19).
Thanks for the support you, our members, have shown for this type of capability! The Committee had an in-depth discussion about the value of an expanded online presence for the Guild, including a Marketplace function. Your survey feedback helped shape our conversation. We will continue to factor in your suggestions as we plan for an in-person spring sale and consider the possibility of an online capability should the spring sale prove infeasible.
In the meantime, we all look forward to our Spring 2021 in-person Artisan Sale, April 30 – May 1 at the MN State Fairgrounds. Please save the date!
